Please note: Lifestyle Studio hire gives you access to the lifestyle areas only. The Infinity Cove may be used separately by another booking.
Our Standard Rate is an exclusive, subsidised rate strictly reserved for independent creators, solo photographers, and small local brands (under 8 total attendees, minimal kit).
For Agencies, Corporate Clients, and Commercial Productions, our Production Rate applies regardless of team size. This rate covers commercial facility usage, client lounge, higher power/utility consumption, and production-level support.

A £45 + VAT maintenance fee applies to bookings involving vehicles, set builds or activities that may cause significant marks to the studio floor.
Sunday bookings are available by arrangement and carry a 25% uplift. Please contact us to book.
